General

Getting started

We are a full-service international trade consultancy. We help Indian importers and exporters with DGFT licensing, customs clearance, GST compliance and refunds, FDI advisory, trade finance and foreign trade policy — acting as a single point of accountability for everything related to international trade.
Absolutely. A large share of our clients are MSMEs and first-time exporters. We guide you from your very first IEC registration through your first successful shipment and beyond.
We offer transparent, fixed quotes for defined services and flexible retainer arrangements for ongoing advisory. You'll always know the cost upfront — no hidden surprises.
We have offices in Mumbai, New Delhi and Ahmedabad and serve clients across India through our network. Most of our services can be delivered remotely with secure document handling.
Licensing & Compliance

DGFT, customs & GST

An Import Export Code is a 10-digit code issued by the DGFT that is mandatory for almost all commercial import and export activity in India. We handle the entire registration and the required annual update for you.
Yes. We review your historical shipping bills and help you claim eligible RoDTEP, RoSCTL and other benefits within the permitted time windows — recovering money that often goes unclaimed.
With correct classification and complete documentation, clearance is usually quick. Delays mostly arise from errors or examinations — areas where our expertise directly reduces demurrage and detention costs.
Refund delays are most often caused by invoice mismatches between your returns and the portal data. We reconcile the data, fix the mismatches and pursue the claim to closure so your working capital isn't tied up.
Finance & Policy

Trade finance & FDI

Yes. We advise on and help arrange letters of credit, bank guarantees, packing credit and other facilities, and connect you with suitable banking partners and government-backed schemes such as the Interest Equalisation Scheme.
It depends on your sector. Many sectors allow FDI under the automatic route with no prior approval, while others require it. We assess your sector and manage whichever route applies, including all FEMA reporting.
FTAs offer preferential (often zero) tariffs between member countries. We help you qualify your goods, obtain the right Certificate of Origin and claim those duty benefits in your target markets.
